1. Usage support
We will provide support via email regarding how to use the product. (Available in English or Japanese)

2. Malfunction warranty
In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will deliver a replacement product free of charge.
Maintenance service starts from the date of product delivery, and thereafter the maintenance service contract will be renewed (for a fee) every year.

Maintenance support flow
After purchasing maintenance service, our shop will send you an email containing your maintenance ID.
